Description
Mariachi experiments in between improvised and noise music. The set up is ultra minimal: 1 guitar, 1 pedal, 1 amp. Everything is focused on the gesture and the sound research on the instrument : its resonances, limits, expansions, impurities, all the audible parts of the guitar : to go with or against it, to contain or to let it go, to support or to hurt it. You’ll probably find: feedbacks, cracklings, short circuits, impacts, harmonics, grindings noises, overflowings, notes and almost perfect chord. Nina Garcia
